Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I-II, aged 18-65 years, scheduled for elective surgery, sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Difficult intubation history; 3. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 4. Respiratory infection in recent 1 month; 5. Quit smoking less than two months before operation; 6. Have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Cerebrovascular diseases and increased intracranial pressure; 8. Administration of drugs that can attenuate rocuronium (such as phenytoin sodium, carbamazepine, or protease inhibitors).
