Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thyroid surgery; 2. Patients under tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. ASA Grade I-II; 4. Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of eye diseases; 2. Antiemetics and glucocorticoids were used 24 hours before surgery; 3. Those who cannot understand the nausea VAS score and cooperate with the appraisers.
