Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years old; 2. ASA II-III, NYHA I-III, EF >=50%; 3. Proposed cardiopulmonary bypass open-heart surgery (valve surgery alone or coronary artery bypass surgery).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing second cardiac operation; 2. People with intellectual disability, deaf-mute or other problems affecting normal communication; 3. Previous neurosurgical operations and history of cerebral infarction; 4. Malignant tumors; 5. Patients with moderate to severe carotid artery stenosis before operation; 6. Patients with obvious abnormal liver and kidney function affecting drug metabolism; 7. People who drink alcohol, take drugs or rely on drugs; 8. Cardiopulmonary bypass time greater than 120mins; 9. Users of psychotropic drugs.
