Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primipara delivered via vagina, who is >= 18 years old, has no serious pregnancy complications, the puncture space in the spinal canal is the same, the tube insertion depth is the same, the pump and parameter settings are the same, and the labor analgesia effect is good, that is, the VAS (visual analog scoring method) score in the labor process is <= 3 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy complicated with hypertension, pre-eclampsia, pregnancy complicated with upper infection; 2. The labor analgesia effect is not good, i.e. VAS score > 3 points; 3. Labor analgesia: the parturient who has neurological complications or pubic symphysis separation during labor; 4. When pulling out the hard external catheter, the motor sensation of both lower limbs was asymmetric.
