Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <= 26; 2. No disease that can affect cognitive function was diagnosed; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment originates from Alzheimer's disease or other definite diseases; 2. Researchers who are complicated with serious digestive system diseases, abnormal immune function, serious diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney, progressive exacerbation or serious mental or cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate to complete; 3. Those who are unable to participate in the screening due to communication barriers caused by severe deafness, blindness and major physical diseases; 4. Severe osteoarthropathy and nervous system diseases lead to severe motor dysfunction.
