Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of morden medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Age 60-75 years old, gender unlimited, and course of disease>=3 months; 3. VAS>=3; 4. The patients volunteered to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal fracture and vertebral dislocation caused by trauma; 2. Patients with low back pain caused by tumors and tuberculosis of lumbar bone and soft tissue; 3. Low back pain caused by rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental and emotional disorders; 5. Incomplete data, or poor compliance, unable to complete the treatment according to the requirements of clinical observation.
