Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Age > 14; 3. CTPA imaging findings showed low-density filling defect in pulmonary artery, and no distal vessels were developed; 4. If CTPA cannot be completed, perfusion defects in pulmonary segments shown by V/Q scan should be the criterion for the diagnosis of PE.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have other serious organ diseases that affect the short-term prognosis of patients; 2. Patients with a history of mental disorders, drug addiction or other diseases cannot sign informed consent forms or cooperate with research trials; 3. Patients unable to communicate verbally; 4. Patients who do not expected to complete the follow-up.
