Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. National athlete level 2 or above; 2. No cardiopulmonary disease; 3. No injuries on Kness; 4. Being able to use abdominal breathing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who failed to complete the pretest and posttest.
