Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria of AD patients: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Hanifin and Rajka for atopic dermatitis; (2) Patients or guardians who can understand the purpose and scheme of the study and sign informed consent; (3) There is no limit on sex and age. 2. The inclusion criteria of healthy population: (1) Patients with no history of psoriasis or eczema and other autoimmune skin diseases; (2) Patients or guardians who can understand the purpose and scheme of the study and sign informed consent; (3) There is no limit on sex and age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who were systematically treated with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, biologics and phototherapy 4 weeks before the start of the study; 3. Active chronic or acute infections 2 weeks before the start of treatment, those who need to be treated with systemic antibiotics, antivirals, antiparasites, or antifungal agents; 4. Those with a history of severe systemic diseases or malignant tumors; 5. Patients who is allergic to any component of dupilumab; 6. Other researchers believe that it is not suitable for patients to participate in this study.
