Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for mild AD patients: (1) The patients who visited the memory clinic of our hospital met the diagnostic criteria of AD formulated by NIA-AA, had no metal implants, pacemakers, etc., and had no history of sedative and alcohol intake; (2) More than 8 years of education, age >=65 years; (3) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) =65 years; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) > 7; (4) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) =65 years; (3) No visual or hearing impairment; (4) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) >=26 points; (5) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score > 26; (6) Clinical Dementia Scale (CDR) = 0; (7) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) < 7; (8) Daily behavior of life ability is normal; (9) Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history that may affect cognition was investigated, excluding cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), vascular dementia, cerebral small vessel disease, thyroid dysfunction, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, long-term diarrhea, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, carbon monoxide poisoning, craniocerebral trauma, alcohol poisoning, etc.
