Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster, duration 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is infection or tumor at the puncture site; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, bleeding and coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with diabetes have poor blood glucose control; 4. Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or systemic failure; 5. Suffering from mental illness, can not cooperate with surgery; 6. Allergic to lidocaine or betamethasone sodium phosphate; 7. Patients with second-degree or above atrioventricular block.
