Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: regardless of gender, between 20 and 40 years old, without basic diseases or mental diseases. 2. Inclusion criteria for patients with epilepsy: the age is between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender; Patients with drug-refractory epilepsy who need surgery; EEG is positive; The epileptic focus caused by brain magnetic resonance (MRI) was positive or negative; EEG and MRI showed that unilateral epileptogenic focus was the best.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: there are basic diseases and mental diseases, and MRI examination shows abnormal brain function and structure. 2. Exclusion criteria for epilepsy patients: epilepsy patients with neurodegenerative diseases, brain tumors, and other diseases were excluded.
