Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participant's family members agree and sign the informed consent; 2. ASA II-III, no serious past history of heart and lung disease or dysfunction; 3. Age >= 18 years, <=65 years, BMI16 ~ 28kg/m^2, gender unlimited; 4. No history of drug allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory history (pneumonia, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 2. Patients with a history of serious heart disease (congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias affecting blood pressure, etc.); 3. People who are allergic to opioids; 4. Alcoholism and drug abuse; 5. Patients whose family members and other clinicians consider inappropriate to participate in clinical trials.
