Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Hospitalized cancer patient with gastrointestinal tumor properly diagnosed and undergoing elective surgery; 3. Not receiving surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments (including immunotherapy); 4. Willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospital admission time no more than 48 hours; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, and brain insufficiency; 3. Patients with active systemic infection; 4. Hospitalized cancer patient with gastrointestinal tumor properly diagnosed and undergoing palliative surgery.
