Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Working nurses, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing any psychotherapy/meditation practice; 2. Diagnosed with a current mental and psychiatric disorder requiring priority attention (eg, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or current psychosis; organic mental disorder or pervasive developmental delay; current eating disorder; current substance abuse or dependence; post-traumatic stress disorder; imminent risk of suicide or homicide); 3. A history of neurological problems such as epilepsy and seizures.
