Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Four real-world scenarios in routine clinical process where non-contrast CT is available, i.e. screening on Chest, emergent imaging, outpatient imaging, and the imaging of hospitalized patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chest CT without covering the pancreas; 2. The patient has undergone thoracic/abdominal surgery that affects or changes the anatomical display of the pancreas ; 3. Patients with acute pancreatitis or after treatment; 4. Tumor patients who have received radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy; 5. Irregular CT scan; 6. Patients with ascites.
