18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PTSD patients who have experienced major trauma without formal treatment. 2. Comply with the diagnosis of PTSD in DSM- IV and DSM-5; 3. Age 18-55 years old, and more than 18 years old when experiencing trauma; 4. Clinical Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) score >= 40; 5. Right handedness; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of serious physical and neurological diseases; 2. Current or past history of other mental disorders; 3. A history of previous brain trauma with consciousness disorders for more than 10 minutes; 4. Past dependence on alcohol and other psychoactive substances, except nicotine, coffee and social drinking; 5. Persons with mental retardation; 6. During pregnancy or lactation; 7. Contraindications of magnetic resonance examination
