Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the classification standards of axial SpA recommended by ASAS in 2009; 2. Positive for HLA-B27.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used antibiotics in the past 3 months; 2. Have undergone digestive endoscopy and surgical procedures in the past 6 months; 3. Special eating habits, pregnant women or lactating women; 4. Major organ system dysfunction, severe infection, combined with malignant tumors, mental diseases; 5. Other chronic diseases, rheumatic diseases or autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, diabetes, etc.; 6. Have history of severe drug allergy; 7. Have used biological agents or used high-dose glucocorticoids in the past 3 months (prednisone>30 mg/day or other equivalent doses of glucocorticoid)
