Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage cancer (all patients were diagnosed with cancer by pathology or histopathology, TNM stage III and IV, or distant metastasis; Expected life span >=6 months); 2. is the patient's parents, children, spouse, relatives, and friends; 3. Care time >=8h per day, and accumulated >=1 month; 4. Persons aged >=18 and <=65; 5. Good communication and expression skills; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Remunerator; 2. Complicated with myocardial infarction, heart failure and other diseases that seriously affect mental health and quality of life; 3. Have a history of mental illness; 4. Recently (<=2 months) have been divorced, bereavement and other life events; 5. Those who have received psychological intervention in the past may affect the survey results.
