Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma; age 18-75 years old; lower gastric cancer; complete clinical staging before surgery (cT4a-bN0-3M0-1 assessed by contrast-enhanced CT and/or ultrasonography); complicated with pyloric obstruction; incurable by MDT assessment Sexual resection; ECOG <= 2, no severe cardiopulmonary disease, and assessment of tolerance to laparoscopic surgery; no history of other malignancies; no preoperative chemoradiotherapy; no history of upper abdominal surgery (except laparoscopic cholecystectomy); adherence to the protocol during the study period , and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiple primary gastric cancers; leather stomach; intraoperative exploration resectable; combined organ resection; massive ascites, unable to perform laparoscopic surgery; complicated with intestinal obstruction.
