18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PCOS patients; 2. Infertile patients; 3. Patients who plan to receive IVF or ICSI fresh embryo transfer; 4. 18.0-39.9 years old; 5. BMI >=24.0 or waist circumference >=80 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal karyotypes that affect the health of offspring in both sexes; 2. History of 2 or more unexplained or spontaneous abortions; 3. Prohibition of assisted reproductive technology and/or diseases that are not suitable for recent pregnancy; 4. Severe adenomyosis; 5. Severe endometriosis (stage III, IV); 6. Untreated congenital or acquired uterine malformations before transplantation; 7. Untreated endometrial disease before transplantation (eg, endometritis, polyps, submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions); 8. Untreated unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinx before transplantation; 9. History of smoking and drinking within 90 days before transplantation; 10. Those who have not transplanted more than 90 days after egg retrieval; 11. Those who are participating in other clinical experiments.
