Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers were as follows: male and female,30-40 years old,BMI within the normal range (18.5kg/m2 < BMI <= 28kg/m2), no underlying disease, no mental disease. 2. Inclusion criteria for obese patients:BMI range:28kg/m2 < BMI <= 50kg/m2;Aged between 30 and 40;Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers were excluded from the following criteria: basic disease or mental disease, MRI brain structure abnormalities. 2. Exclusion criteria for obese patients:complicated with severe diabetes;Severe GERD or hiatal hernia;Advanced liver and kidney function disease;Serious mental illness;Severe hypertension;Abnormal cardiopulmonary function;Refuse to participate;Lost to follow-up midway.
