18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III grade; 3. Patients received VATS surgery; 4. Non-emergency VATS surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous thoracodorsal surgery; 2. Patients underwent bilateral surgery or converted to thoracotomy; 3. Patients with serious functional disorders of heart, liver, kidney and vital organs; 4. Receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy prior to surgery; 5. Contraindication to regional anesthesia; 6. Existed COPS (CPSP) before surgery; 7. Patients with inadequate medical records perioperatively.
