Age
25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy > 34 weeks; Age 25-35 years old; 2. Two tests, 6 hours apart, SBP>=160 mmHg, DBP>=110 mmHg; 3. Single pregnancy; 4. Not taking anti-HDP drugs or ineffective anti-HDP drugs; 5. Agree to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Essential hypertension; 2. Diabetes; 3. Acute fatty liver of pregnancy; 4. Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura; 5. Hemolytic uremic syndrome; 6. Systemic lupus erythematosus; 7. Antiphospholipid syndrome.
