Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 65 and under 75; 2. Ischemic stroke was diagnosed by CT or MRI and met the diagnostic criteria of WHO; 3. The disease is stable after emergency treatment; 4. Able to communicate with each other face to face; 5. PSQI >= 7 points, fatigue severity scale score >= 4 points; 6. SAS >= 50 points, SDS >= 53 points; 7. Clear consciousness (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) consciousness level 0 or 1); 8. Informed of the disease, signed the informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heavy dependence on activities of daily living; 2. Serious visual, hearing and cognitive impairment; 3. A history of mental illness or dementia that impedes cooperation with the researcher; 4. Complicated with other serious somatic diseases, malignant tumors or serious central nervous system and circulatory system diseases; 5. Severe anxiety and depression (HADS-A, HADS-D >= 8); 6. Drug abuse or dependence; 7. Recently participated in similar psychological intervention research.
