18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 17-80 years; 2. Received regular hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 3. Pre-dialysis SBP >140 mmHg; 4. Attained dialysis dry weight, Kt/v>=1. 2, and recent dialysis parameters are stable; 5. Consent and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Repeated hyperkalemia > 6.0 mmol/L; 2. Persons with visual or hearing impairment or upper extremity mobility difficulties that prevent them from completing cognitive assessments; 3. Long-term use of psychiatric medications that have an impact on cognitive function; 4. Patients with metabolic encephalopathy (e.g., hepatic encephalopathy); 5. Persons with a history of non-atherogenic vascular disease (e.g., aortitis, vasculitis); 6. Those with confirmed Alzheimer's disease and dementia; 7. Those who have magneto genic metals in their bodies.
