Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This retrospective cohort study included patients who underwent CABG surgery at two medical centers, Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital (JSPH) and Shanghai Chest Hospital (SHCH), from January 2005 to January 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 70; 2. Simultaneously with other heart surgery; 3. Medical records, especially the absence of Scr; 4. Preoperative Scr was higher than the upper limit of normal value.
