18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. DLT intubation is required for elective VATS assisted lung surgery; 3. Agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade > IV; 2. Severe nasal obstruction; 3. Difficult intubation or mask ventilation is expected; 4. Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2); 5. Abnormal airway anatomy; 6. Abnormal coagulation function; 7. Emergency surgery is planned; 8. High risk of reflux aspiration; 9. Pregnant or lactating women.
