Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients performed an elective cesarean section and agreed to participate in the trial in West China the second Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Patients who were 20 to 40 years old, single child, gestational age >= 37 weeks, scheduled cesarean section under combined epidural anesthesia; 3. 12 Lead electrocardiogram (ECG) was normal, blood routine was normal, coagulation function was normal, and there was no contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Artificial insemination, unwanted pregnancy, thyroid dysfunction and anemia, HIV or other infectious diseases, pregnant women diagnosed with fetal abnormalities; 2. History of alcohol or drug abuse, other diseases that may be related to neuropsychological impairment, such as major physical or neurological diseases, head injury, drug abuse or dependence, and history of mental retardation; 3. Pregnant women who were diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia within 12 months before the screening and were treated with antidepressants; 4. Patients with a major disease that may affect research participation or data interpretation; 5. Users of antibiotics and intestinal probiotics, patients with intestinal diseases, and those who use local anti-constipation drugs to assist defecation.
