Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PD; 2. Age 18-40 years; 3. Menstrual cycle regularity (28 ± 7) d; 4. The average dysmenorrhea score of the patients in the past 3 menstrual cycles was >= 4 on the visual analog scale (VAS); 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, hysteromyoma or other gynecological diseases confirmed by pelvic ultrasound; 2. Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases; 3. Have a history or evidence of serious mental or neurological disease; 4. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 5. In the past month, he has taken painkillers and Chinese medicine orally; 6. Those with contraindications of magnetic resonance scanning, such as the installation of cardiac pacemaker, metal denture and metal in the body.
