Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of China sepsis/septic shock emergency treatment guidelines (2018); 3. This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital, and informed consent was obtained from patients with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Definite aortic valve disease; ascending aortic aneurysm; receiving mechanical ventilation; combined with acute coronary syndrome; arrhythmia; heart failure; advanced tumor; severe liver and kidney failure.
