Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients confirmed to be HIV/AIDS, the diagnostic criteria shall be the Chinese AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition); 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Confirmation time = 38 points; 5. Have a primary school education or above, and be able to use smart phones for effective communication; 6. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, unable to complete the intervention content; 2. Psychologists; 3. Combined with malignant tumors; 4. Those who have mental illness or use related drugs.
