Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender limit; 2. Age 20-80 years old; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. BMI < 30 kg/m2, normal lung function before operation, no serious heart disease; 5. No definite diaphragm muscle dysfunction or neuromuscular disease (myasthenia gravis, myasthenic syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome and other diseases); 6. No thoracic deformity or previous history of thoracoabdominal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative mental disorder, preoperative morbid obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2), combined with chronic cardiopulmonary disease, hypoxia (PaO2 180 minutes, unclear ultrasound imaging of the diaphragm, postoperative VAS score > 3, and other adverse events during the operation.
