18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the fourth national cerebrovascular disease, and have been diagnosed as stroke patients by brain CT or MRI; 2. Patient Kubota drinking water test level 3 and above; 3. The patients and their family members are in normal spirit and have certain communication and writing skills; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 5. Patients and their families can regularly review in outpatient clinics or complete out-of-hospital follow-up through WeChat DingTalk and other software.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Illiteracy; 2. Unscheduled review; 3. The patient suffers from other major diseases, and the heart, liver, and kidney are severely insufficient.
