Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, male or female; 2. Normal vision and hearing, able to communicate normally; 3. Chronic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.) are in a stable state; 4. MMSE score without cognitive impairment (illiteracy >= 18 points; primary school (education years = 21 points; middle school or above >= 25 points); 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this research project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from mental disorders, neurological diseases, or other systemic diseases that may affect cognition (metabolic diseases, hyperthyroidism, etc.); 2. Unable to communicate normally; 3. Unable to complete neuropsychological tests and intervention projects due to hearing, vision (including color blindness), serious diseases, etc.; 4. Taking related drugs that affect cognition, such as stimulants, antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs; 5. Alcohol dependence or drug abuse; 6. Have relocation or long-term travel plans in the past year.
