Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 35-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients with Kennedy class I and class II dentition defects; 3. The bone quality and bone quantity in the free end missing area meet the requirements for implanting implants with a diameter of 3.5 mm and a length of more than 8.0 mm; 4. The subjects have good compliance and can guarantee to see a doctor on time during the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical and mental health problems hinder the later maintenance of implants; 2. There are contraindications to implant surgery; 3. Severe jaw differences; 4. Severe bruxism at night; 5. People who abuse drugs or alcohol; 6. Heavy smokers; 7. Those receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 8. Long-term treatment with steroid hormones, immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates; 9. Patients with insulin-dependent diabetes and uncontrolled diabetes; 10. Patients with chronic kidney disease or liver disease; 11. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases with systemic and local bone metabolic diseases; 12. Patients with hemophilia or those at risk of bacterial endocarditis; 13. Immunocompromised patients, including HIV patients.
