Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients diagnosed according to the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.3.0 jointly issued by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM); 2. Male or female patients aged between 18 and 85 years; 3. Hemodynamically stable; 4. eGFR > 25 mL/min/1.73m^2; 5. At least 1 cardiometabolic risk factor (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency (regardless of ejection fraction) and/or a history of chronic renal insufficiency (eGFR 25–59 ml/min/1.73m).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with genitourinary system infection; 2. Diabetic ketoacidosis; 3. Patients who participate in clinical research of other interventional treatments at the same time; 4. Drug abuse and medical, psychological or social conditions may interfere with the patient's participation in the research or have an impact on the evaluation of the research results; 5. Known or suspected hypersensitivity to the study drug or any drug related to the study; 6. Fasting water affects patients taking drugs; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
