Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-8 years old, gender is not limited; 2. The clinical diagnosis is myopia combined with amblyopia; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe endocrine diseases, bronchial, lung, liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases; 2. Patients with levodopa contraindications (severe mental illness, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, glaucoma, peptic ulcer and history of convulsions); 3. Those with poor treatment compliance;
