Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-40 years old who visited the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type I or type II diabetes; 2. Those who meet the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (polycysticovarian syndrome, PCOS), where the diagnostic criteria of PCOS are based on the 2003 Rotterdam criteria: rare or anovulatory, polycystic ovaries revealed by transvaginal ultrasound, and/or clinical manifestations or biochemical diagnosis hyperandrogenism; 3. History of ovarian surgery; 4. Those who have used reproductive endocrine drugs within 3 months before entering this study; 5. Patients with hyperprolactinemia (the serum prolactin level is higher than 1.14 nmol/L or 25 µg/L as the standard, and the detection time interval is at least 3 days); 6. Patients with untreated thyroid dysfunction (based on TSH 5.5 mIU/mL).
