Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who planned to undergo elective laparoscopic gynecological tumor resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine, aged 40-75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of respiratory disease and surgery, a history of smoking, or recent use of known effects on BTV (adrenoceptor antagonists, hormones, anticholinergics, theophylline, and catecholamines are expected to have airway difficulties, idiosyncrasies).
