Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China in 2018" issued by Heart Failure Group of Cardiovascular Branch of Chinese Medical Association, he was diagnosed as heart failure, and his condition was stable, with no symptoms of angina pectoris or acute heart failure, arrhythmia, diabetes and hypertension effectively controlled, and his hemodynamics was stable; 3. According to NYHA cardiac function classification, patients with cardiac function of Grade II-III were selected; 4. According to the risk stratification of heart events during exercise formulated by American Association for Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACPR), patients with middle and low risk were selected; 5. Patients who are informed and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular diseases with contraindications to physical activity (high-risk unstable angina, uncontrolled arrhythmia, severe or symptomatic aortic stenosis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, recent thrombosis, severe pulmonary hypertension and uncontrolled Hypertension, etc.) patients; 2. Combined with diseases such as muscles, bones, joints and nervous system that seriously affect the patient's physical activity; 3. Patients with a history of dementia, mental illness, or mental retardation; 4. Neither the patient nor his family members can complete the writing.
