66 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are older than 65 years old and undergo elective general anesthesia surgery; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. There is no recent history of acute disease of important organs; 4. Agree and be able to cooperate with the completion of transthoracic echocardiography before anesthesia induction; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery or patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Patients with recent history of acute disease of important organs; 3. Patients with serious and important organ lesions; 4. After entering the room, severe hypertension, emotional tension and other conditions that the researchers think are not suitable for echocardiography; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate or refuse to undergo transthoracic echocardiography before anesthesia induction; 6. Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 7. Patients whose transthoracic ultrasound images are of poor quality and cannot be analyzed.
