Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery; 2. Age > 18 years old, ASAI-III level; 3. No medical history related to neuromuscular diseases; 4. No history of chest surgery; 5. General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation was used during the operation and sent to the PACU as planned after the operation; 6. All patients signed the informed consent of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diaphragm dysfunction existed before operation or ultrasonography suggested; 2. Patients with pleural effusion, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, pulmonary interstitial disease, and moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease before operation; 3. Those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs, muscle relaxant drugs and antagonistic drugs; 4. Preoperative heart function grade III and above; 5. Chemotherapy patients after breast cancer surgery; 6. Unable to cooperate with doctors for ultrasound examination; 7. Patients or family members refuse to participate.
