18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and be >= 18 years old; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m2, abdominal circumference (male) >= 90 cm, abdominal circumference (female) >= 85 cm; 3. Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) is 7% to 11%; 4. Normal thyroid function, no acute complications of diabetes, no hypoglycemic treatment or weight-loss drugs within 3 months; 5. Normal spirit and cognition, good compliance; 6. Patients with non-malignant tumors, acute infections, and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Non-pregnant and lactating patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who interrupt the clinical intervention trial by themselves; 2. Those who have not used the prescribed dietary plan during the study period; 3. The patient drops out.
