Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PSA > 10 ng/ml, regardless of the abnormality of fPSA/PSA or PSAD; 2. Abnormal digital rectal examination; 3. PSA 4-10 ng/ml, combined with fPSA/PSA or PSAD anomalies; 4. Complete multiparameter MRI before operation and find abnormalities; 5. Male patients, aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prostate cancer surgery; 2. Prostate cancer after endocrine and radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Unable to cooperate to complete the ultrasound examination; 4. I or my family members refuse to participate.
