Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASAI-II level; 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old; 3. Cesarean section in Shengjing Hospital; 4. Single birth; 5. Full term (gestational age greater than or equal to 37 weeks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 2. Hypersensitivity to Bubi or ropivacaine; 3. Maternal complications such as placenta accreta and other known cardiovascular diseases or diseases affecting hemodynamics; 4. The newborn has serious genetic disease or congenital disease; 5. Maternal weight 100 kg, height 180 cm.
