Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above the age of 18 years; 2. With a history of fathering a child thought natural pregnancy within six months prior recruitment; 3. Agreed to join and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of epididymitis, orchitis, prostatitis, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), mumps orchitis; 2. Antibiotics use within six months; 3. Use of nasally-delivered live, attenuated, cold-adapted influenza vaccine within the last 28 days.
