20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthotopic liver transplantation for the first time; 2. Adopt a tacrolimus-based immunosuppressive regimen after surgery; 3. Gender is not limited, age between 20-70 years old; 4. Regular follow-up visits can be carried out in the hospital, and blood drug concentration testing can be carried out; 5. The follow-up time is more than 45 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple organ transplantation; 2. Donor-recipient ABO blood type incompatibility; 3. Preoperative diabetic patients; 4. Severe infection that is difficult to control; 5. Died or lost contact during the follow-up period; 6. Two or more organ transplants; 7. Switch the immunosuppressive regimen midway.
