Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All enrolled patients need to have detailed medical history and CSVD-related clinical symptoms, and have been diagnosed with CSVD through routine brain imaging examinations; 2. Age between >= 60 years old and <= 85 years old; 3. At least one item found by head MRI within 1 year: (1) Lacunar infarction; (2) White matter hyperintensity (Fazekas grade II and above); (3) Cerebral microbleeds; 4. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate to complete the cognitive assessment, able to stand and walk independently, able to cooperate to complete the gait assessment without the help of others or the use of assistive devices, able to sign the informed consent, and willing to cooperate with the follow-up visit after one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With other central and peripheral nervous system diseases and bone and joint diseases caused by gait disorders, or with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or with serious visual and hearing disorders aphasia mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction.
