Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis and planning to undergo inguinal lymph node dissection; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Willing to participate in the research program and follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous inguinal lymph node dissection or biopsy; 2. Fusion between lymph nodes or extranodal invasion; 3. Previous systemic treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.); 4. Pathological examination accompanied by other types of differentiation.
